Perth, politics and hard racing up for discussion in BJR Run Down

The Brad Jones Racing Run Down recaps the latest Supercars Championship round, with everything on-and-off track on the table for discussion.

Macauley Jones and BJR General Manager Chris Westwood sit down for a chat about what happened on the team’s latest visit out west.

Jones shares his view on the controversial bad sportsmanship flag that was shown to Brodie Kostecki during Race 7 and that he believes the decision was a bit unfair.

He also sheds light on some of the history of politics in the sport, having been witness to it for many years.

The Pizza Hut Racing driver believes that there was more politicking by teams when the Ford Mustang was introduced in 2019.

The boys also discuss the importance of having a reliable pit crew; the BJR team delivered again with some of the fastest pit stops throughout the weekend despite a costly error in Race 7.

The BJR Run Down is a regular podcast produced by the Supercars team aiming to provide insight into the Albury-based squad and the Supercars paddock.
