Jones unveils new look, new sponsors for 2022

Brad Jones Racing is excited to announce Automotive Superstore as the naming rights partner for the number #96 car of young gun Macauley Jones for the two opening rounds of the 2022 season.

The distinctive yellow and black of Automotive Superstore will adorn both sides of the car with Tools.com taking centre stage on the bonnet. The riveting design is brought to life thanks to 3M Films and PPG.

The exciting new partnership and fresh look comes as Jones prepares to take to the track for his fourth season and second officially under the BJR banner.

“2021 was a challenging year with Covid but we had some consistent results in Sydney, and I’ve had a great off-season continuing to work with the Brad Jones Racing team to prepare for 2022.

“We’ve got some fresh faces within the team, some old ones making a return and to be joining forces with some amazing new sponsors there’s a real feeling 2022 is going to be a good one.”

Automotive Superstore Director Babak Sanayei said he was excited to be joining forces with BJR as it was a great fit for the online automotive retailer.

“Brad has an amazing track record in the sport, and we have been immediately impressed with the way these guys at BJR do business. We’re really looking forward to the partnership, seeing how it can grow throughout the season and one hundred per cent behind Macca in car 96!”

Also returning to the #96 car for the 2022 season is Kubota, Dunlop, Acer, Mizuno, PPG, Sparco, and Unit.

Catch the new look Automotive Superstore and Tools.com livery today when Jones hits the track with #96 at the official Supercars test day at Winton Motor Raceway.
