SCT Motorsport announces experienced Enduro Cup line-up

Jack Smith will partner Jaxon Evans in the #12 SCT Motorsport Camaro for the 2025 Supercars Enduro Cup campaign.

Smith, who stepped back from full-time driving in the Supercars Championship at the end of 2023 is set to make his return to the drivers’ seat.

It is the third time the pair will share driver duties at the famed Bathurst 1000, however in this instance their roles are reversed.

Evans joined SCT Motorsport as a co-driver with his long-time friend Smith in 2023 and the pair worked exceptionally well together.

Their collaborative approach over the previous two years they campaigned together was one of the reasons Evans’ transition to Supercars was so smooth.

Smith’s knowledge, experience and relationships with the SCT Motorsport crew are valuable assets for the team heading into the biggest races of the year.

Keen on getting extra seat time in 2025 Smith will also be adding Trans Am into his racing schedule with further details on that program to be announced later.

Refreshed from his year away from racing, Smith will have his first laps as a co-driver at the Supercars pre-season test day tomorrow (Wednesday 19th February).

Jack Smith

Supercars co-driver, #12 SCT Motorsport

“It’s a good feeling to be back. I’m really quite excited to get in the car again and regain a feel for it.

“I went to a few races last year and worked with Jaxon and the team so I have an understanding of where he’s going with the car. We work really well together and it’ll be great to race with him again.

“It’ll obviously be a bit different now that I’m the co-driver but there hasn’t been a lot of change since I left and we should have a good foundation to build from this year.”
