The Watpac Townsville 400 event will see the Brad Jones Racing team achieve a special milestone this weekend, with Saturday’s race marking their 600th Supercar race start.

Nick Percat knows what it’s like to do a fast lap around here, as it’s another circuit on the Supercar calendar where he holds the race lap record. He set the 1m12.9s time here back in 2016, and it is still set to be beat. This weekend’s double long race format is always a hit with drivers, featuring two, 200-kilometre races plus the top ten shootout.
