With only 3 rounds left in the Eseries, we’re getting to the pointy end of the competition. Deets below on tonight’s racing!

Where are we going this week?

We’re kicking off the night right here in Aus and back to where the Eseries began, as Phillip Island returns after an online poll. Then we’re crossing the ocean and heading to Brazil – Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace (Interlagos). On this week’s agenda, two quali sessions followed by one race at Phillip Island and then two races in Brazil. The grid set for the final race in Brazil will be a reverse grid, based on the finishing order from race 2 (yep, you guessed it…Carnage!).

BJR Car #8 Nick Percat

Coregas ignites its virtual engine as they take naming rights on Nick’s #8 Commodore for round 8 & 9. The bold blue, white and orange livery will be a standout around PI and Brazil.

The word from Nick:

“I’ve had some solid top ten results, however, I’m eager to get a podium for the team so hopefully I can get the Coregas Racing Commodore up there this week. Coregas has been a part of BJR since 2018 and I’m stoked to now have them a part of the Eseries with us too”

BJR Car #14 Todd Hazelwood

Todd’s making progress each week and we’re looking forward to seeing what he has in-store for us tonight in the Brut Military Grade Commodore. Showing strong pace at Phillip Island back in round 1, it’s a track Todd knows well and is looking to get his second podium in the Eseries.

The word from Todd:

“I’m looking forward to heading back to PI and then off to Brazil. PI only got released at lunch time today after the fans voted so lucky it’s a track I know well and will get some more practice in this arvo. Brazil is a new one for me so it will be awesome getting the Brut Military Grade Commodore around Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace.”

Team CoolDrive #3 Macauley Jones

Macca has had a busy week since last week's round, getting in as much practice as he can by taking part in various category Eraces. Practice makes perfect as they say and Macca in the Team CoolDrive Commodore will be ready to go for tonight’s round.

The word from Macca:

“Good to be back at PI and then Brazil, should be a bit of fun to mix it up tonight. I did a GT race on Monday which was good fun, good to keep racing and learning new things along the sim journey.”

SCT Motor Sports #4 Jack Smith

Having a solid run lately and showing improvements each week, Jack in the SCT Motor Sports Commodore is looking forward to getting another crack at Phillip Island. It’s been a whole new world for Jack on the sim like many Supercar drivers and Jack is enjoying the challenges.

The word from Jack:

“It’ll be good to race again at Phillip Island as that was back at round one so I feel like I can get some much better results this time. The longer 20 lap race at Brazil should be fun, it’s a cool track with some long straights so looking to get some good race pace in.”

Anything else?

Four Wildcards are joining the grid this week with James Courtney making his debut in his new Boost Mobile Racing Mustang with Tickford Super2 Driver Tyler Everingham, Team 18’s 2020 Co-Driver James Golding and Fawzan El-Nabi who won his way into tonight’s round by setting a blistering lap time on the virtual Phillip Island circuit as part of the BP Ultimate Wildcard competition.
