Black Duck SeatCovers step up their partnership with Brad Jones Racing by taking naming rights on the #14 Commodore for the upcoming Townsville double header.
Joining the team at Sydney MotorSport Park in July and being a part of Todd Hazelwood’s first podium with BJR, Perry Fulton, General Manager of Black Duck, is excited to see the Black Duck fly around the streets of Townsville “The whole Black Duck Team have thoroughly enjoyed working with Todd and the BJR team and when the opportunity arrived to have naming rights, we just couldn’t resist.”
The standout livery will feature a silver, turquoise and black colour scheme with the duck’s wings flowing onto the rear wing of the car, giving Todd that extra help to soar throughout the weekend.
Townsville is a happy hunting ground for Todd Hazelwood, “I’m set to come out strong this Saturday when we roll out on track,” he said. “Townsville is one of my favourite street tracks and I’m so happy to be back here. My engineer and I have done a lot of homework this week going through every element to make sure we come out competitive this weekend. It’s been a little bit up and down for the #14 rocket lately but I’m feeling confident we’re heading back in the right direction.
“The livery looks unreal, she looks fast! A big thank you to Black Duck for their support and getting behind myself and the team here in Townsville. I’ll be fighting hard to get the duck back up that point end of the grid, where we belong.”
